Comprehensive Plan and Submission Guidelines Updates

On January 25, 2024, the public was invited to an online meeting to learn about and comment on revisions to the Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital’s Introduction Chapter and the agency’s Submission Guidelines, which address critical planning issues. The Comprehensive Plan serves as the blueprint for long-term development in the National Capital Region and informs the agency’s Submission Guidelines for review of plans and projects. The updates will help NCPC better address sustainability, resiliency, and equity in its planning work.
