Public Meeting: New Pennsylvania Avenue Plan Concept Review Public Meeting #1

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM     Online Meeting

Overview

The New Pennsylvania Avenue Plan will beautify public spaces, upgrade aging infrastructure, and create efficient stewardship. When complete, the plan will lay the framework for the Avenue as a stage for awe-inspiring events and an iconic setting for everyday life.

NCPC initiated the National Environmental Policy Act on March 31 and will present new design concepts for the corridor and three main public spaces at the commission’s April 2 meeting. NCPC is hosting several opportunities for the public to learn more and ask questions about these design concepts, which include two virtual public meetings with the design consultant team and an in-person public engagement forum at the National Building Museum on April 9. The second virtual meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22. The same material will be presented at each meeting.

This meeting will be conducted online using Zoom in a webinar format. You will need to RSVP and include your email address. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about how to join the meeting. You may use the Zoom invitation to join online or by phone.

Reasonable accommodations are provided upon request. For more information email info@ncpc.gov or call 202-482-7200.
