Overview

Join us for a one-day workshop to provide an overview on NCPC’s requirements for master plans and how this aligns with preparing Area Development Plans (ADPs). Dr. Mark Gillem, Principal of The Urban Collaborative and Professor at the University of Oregon, will help lead the workshop in conjunction with NCPC staff. The workshop will include short presentations, small group discussions, and hands-on exercises about how to effectively prepare ADPs that will assist NCPC’s review process and help installations advance projects.
