Commission Meeting: Open Session

NCPC will conduct this Commission meeting online. Commissioners, staff, applicants, and the public will all participate online. No registration is required to view the meeting online at https://www.ncpc.gov/live/, but you must register in advance to speak on a project virtually. Reasonable accommodations are provided upon request. Due to the anticipated length of the agenda, the Commission meeting will begin at 10:00 am. The first four items on the agenda will take place beginning then, The East Wing Modernization Project will be last on the agenda and will be taken up no earlier than 1:00 pm. Please read the procedures on how to participate in or testify at online Commission meetings. 

Given the anticipated volume of public participation and the potential for testimony to last beyond typical meeting schedules, further details on testimony schedule will be forthcoming. For those who sign up to speak on the East Wing Modernization Project, staff will follow up with additional details regarding how testimony will work. Generally, witnesses are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis for agenda items based on when they sign up to speak. 

Commission meeting materials are available online. Meetings are live-streamed and videotaped, and a written transcript is prepared. This information is part of the public record. 

Commission meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of each month, with no meetings held in August. Meeting dates may vary based on federal holidays.
