NEPA/Section 106 Meeting: Federal Reserve Building Renovation and Expansion

Overview

NCPC will host with the Federal Reserve a joint NEPA/Section 106 meeting on September 17, 2019 at the Commission Chambers from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm EDT to provide information on the Federal Reserve System’s proposal to renovate and expand the Marriner Eccles Federal Reserve Board Building (Eccles Building) at 2051 Constitution Avenue NW and the Federal Reserve Board – East Building (FRB-East Building) at 1951 Constitution Avenue NW (historically known as the United States Public Health Service Building and more recently the Department of the Interior - South Building). The meeting will be an “open house” format. A brief presentation about the project will begin at 3:00 pm and will include a discussion of the purpose and need of the project, and issues to be analyzed in the EA.
