Operating Status and Upcoming Meetings

NCPC’s office is closed, but the agency is open for business through online services, including digital submissions. In response to COVID-19 guidance on gatherings there will be no Commission meeting on April 2; however, Commissioners will take notational votes by email on Consent Calendar items and a proposed by-law amendment to expressly allow online Commission meetings. Open session and information presentation items will be deferred to a future meeting.

Digital Submissions

Most projects and master plans for NCPC’s review can now be submitted digitally. This new, easy to use system is more efficient for applicant agencies and NCPC.

March Meeting Recap

The Commission considered a park redesign next to the Federal Reserve offices; approved final plans for a new building at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences; heard about redevelopment at the Armed Forces Retirement Home; and learned how NCPC hopes to monitor facility transportation management plans.
