Overview:  

On June 27, NCPC invited the public to come and learn about the Comprehensive Plan and its functions, and to discuss why it’s time to update the plan’s Federal Environment element. NCPC staff discussed policies addressing climate change, air and water quality, noise and light pollution, and energy conservation.
