|Description of Project
The EA evaluates four alternatives for the rehabilitation of historic Peirce Mill in the Rock Creek Park Historic District, and for improving access and circulation within the site. The purpose is to reopen the Mill as an operating water-powered mill so that it can meet the interpretive and educational missions of the park and improve accessibility and visitor movement throughout the site.
Members of the public as well as local and federal agencies are encouraged to submit written comments.
