Description of Project

The draft EIS analyzes potential impacts from the proposed Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC) Master Plan that will guide future development at the NAC for the Department of Homeland Security. The 37-acre site is located at 3801 Nebraska Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The draft EIS assesses potential impacts on four master plan alternatives: a no-action alternative, a low-density development alternative, a mid-density development alternative, and a high-density development alternative.
