Description of Project

This project is to amend the 2008 Department of Homeland Security Consolidation at St. Elizabeths Master Plan and includes the development of a parcel on the East Campus for the Federal Emergency Management Agency in greater detail. In addition, this amendment describes transportation improvements associated with Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue and a new connection to the West Campus, referred to as the West Campus Access Road. This new road will provide vehicular access from I-295 to the West Campus via the Malcolm X Avenue interchange and South Capitol Street.
