Note: Following NCPC's staff presentation and testimony from members of the public at the January 8, 2009 Commission meeting, NPS and District officials agreed that they must renegotiate some terms of the land transfer agreement. The Commission voted to postpone action to give NPS and the District of Columbia time to resolve all outstanding matters and resubmit a revised agreement.
