Description of Project

This Draft EIS is to amend the Department of Homeland Security HQ Consolidation Master Plan (2008) at St. Elizabeths to include locating the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on St. Elizabeths East Campus and making proposed transportation improvements to nearby roads and interchanges such as Shepard Parkway, Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Malcolm X Avenue, and Firth Sterling Avenue as well as the construction of West Campus Road parallel to I-295.

Historic Preservation (section 106) Consultation Process

Programmatic Agreement was signed in 2008 for St. Elizabeths West Campus.  Section 106 consultation is ongoing.
