Submitting Projects Electronically

The National Capital Planning Commission allows applicants to submit their projects for review electronically.  Submitting your project electronically helps expedite the review process, and saves time and delivery and media costs. To reduce the amount of time needed to upload project submission files, a high-speed connection to the internet is highly recommended.

To submit your project electronically;

  1. Complete and submit the NCPC Project Submission Form.  To help ensure your project submission is promptly and accurately processed, we ask that you be as specific as possible when completing the form.

  2. When you have completed the form, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form.  Before attempting to submit, please ensure you have an active email connection to the Internet.

  3. Upon receipt and verification of your Submission request by our eSubmission team, we will email you instructions and login credentials for transferring your project submission files electronically to NCPC’s FTP site.

To add project files to an existing submission;

  1. If you need to upload additional project submission files following your initial submittal, please complete the NCPC Project Submission Update form.

  2. When you have completed the form, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form.  Before attempting to submit, please ensure you have an active email connection to the Internet.

  3. Upon receipt of your request to upload additional file data, we will again email you instructions and login credentials for transferring your project submission files electronically to NCPC’s FTP site.
