ZC 97-16B: Proposal for design modifications to a previously approved Planned Unit Development on the Lowell School campus (ZC 97-16A), located at the intersection of Kalmia Road and 17th Street, NW in the Colonial Village neighborhood of Ward 4 is not inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital.

ZC 09-22: Proposal to construct a mixed-use (commercial/retail) structure at Square 700, Lots 866 and 73, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Capitol and M Streets, SE.
