The Commission meets monthly to adopt, approve, or advise on plans and projects affecting the National Capital Region. Meetings generally take place on the first Thursday of every month at NCPC’s offices.
The Tentative Agenda is set approximately 3 weeks before each meeting. The Final Agenda is available the Monday prior to the meeting.
The next Commission meeting is May 7, 2009 at 12:30 PM.
Groups and individuals may offer oral comments or written statements on any project or plan that requires Commission action. Draft plans, project submissions, supporting documents, and accompanying analyses are available for public review at NCPC.
If you would like to speak at a Commission meeting, you must submit a request by noon, 8 days before the meeting for items on the consent calendar. Requests to speak on action items will be accepted until noon the day prior to the meeting. More information is available in Speaker Guidelines.
